FOO FIGHTERS Cancels Their Physical appearance At This Weekend’s GRAMMY Awards


Foo Fighters a short while ago declared they’d canceled all their tour dates in the wake of drummer Taylor Hawkins‘ death. Now Rolling Stone is reporting that Foo Fighters has (predictably and understandably) also canceled their look at the GRAMMY award show going on this Sunday, April 3.

Foo Fighters is nominated for “Making a Fire” in the Greatest Rock Overall performance classification, “Waiting on a War” in the Most effective Rock Track category, and Medicine At Midnight in the Best Rock Album class.

“It is with fantastic sadness that Foo Fighters validate the cancellation of all approaching tour dates in light of the staggering reduction of our brother Taylor Hawkins,” reported the band upon canceling their tour dates. “We’re sorry for and share in the disappointment that we will not be viewing 1 a further as planned. In its place, let us choose this time to grieve, to heal, to pull our beloved types shut, and to respect all the tunes and recollections we’ve manufactured with each other.”
