Christi Ruth Paul, born on January 1, 1969, is a former weekday information anchor for HLN and weekend anchor for CNN’s New Day.

Paul was lifted in a Christian family members in Bellevue, Ohio.

She graduated from the College of Toledo wherever she earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.

She obtained her start off in broadcast journalism in Clarksburg, West Virginia, working as a news anchor, editor, photographer, and reporter at WDTV. She then labored as a reporter and anchor in Boise, Idaho, and Phoenix.

When at KTVB in Idaho, she was honored by the Idaho Press Club for her stories about Julianne Prudhomme, a 4-year-old girl who underwent a five-organ transplant.

Paul is married to Peter Wurm and they have a few daughters.

She was beforehand married to reporter and information anchor Rob Koebel, whom she achieved in West Virginia and with whom she moved to Boise and Phoenix.

She is the writer of a ebook entitled “Love Is not Intended to Hurt” (published in 2012), a memoir of her marriage and the abuse she acquired from Koebel (named “Justin” in the e book).
